Price & Payment Terms
A: Our standard price term is FOB Keelung, Taiwan, quoted in USD.
A: The primary shipping port is Keelung Port, Taiwan.
A: Our payment terms depend on the mode of transport:
- Sea Freight: A 30% T/T deposit in advance is required to confirm the order. The remaining 70% balance is payable via T/T CAD (Cash Against Documents) after shipment.
- Air Freight: 100% T/T advance payment is required.
- Please note: We do NOT accept L/C, D/A, D/P, Consignment, or Cash.
A: To protect yourself against fraudulent activities, please strictly follow these guidelines:
- NEVER transfer money to bank accounts located outside of Taiwan, or to accounts not registered under our official company name.
- Our official bank account will ALWAYS meet these two criteria:

- Security Warning: We will NEVER email you requesting a money transfer to a different or alternative bank account. Please stay highly vigilant against hackers and phishing scams.
Ordering Process & MOQ

- Account Setup:
Please download and fill out our New Customer Form, then email it back to us so we can set up your account in our system. - Inquiry:
Send us your inquiry specifying the HUSHAN part numbers and the required quantities. - Proforma Invoice:
We will review your inquiry and send you a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) within 48 hours.
A: For most of our standard products, the MOQ ranges from 10 to 100 pieces per item.
A: Yes, our Minimum Order Amount (MOA) per shipment is US$5,000.
If an order does not meet this threshold, an additional US$200 handling charge will be applied.
Logistics & Delivery
A: Our standard lead time is 1 to 2 months.
(We consistently deliver over 80% of our orders within the first month).
A: Yes, we accept urgent orders via emergency air freight delivery, which features a shortened lead time of 3 to 7 days.
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, our system will automatically send you an email titled "Delivery notice from HUSHAN." This email will contain all essential details, including the shipped PO#, item list, commercial invoice, packing list, ETD, and ETA.
Products, Samples & Warranty
A: The vast majority of our parts are proudly made and manufactured in Taiwan, ensuring premium quality control.
A: We always strive to maintain sufficient inventory to meet customer demand. In the rare event that an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified immediately when placing your order. We will expedite production to ensure the backordered items are fulfilled within 30 days. Furthermore, you will not be charged for those items until they have officially shipped.
A: We offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty. Please note that this warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover product failures resulting from personal abuse, misuse, or accidental damage.
Please immediately email us clear photos of the defective or incorrect items.
Once HUSHAN's quality assurance team verifies the manufacturing defect or discrepancy, we will either replace the products free of charge or issue a full refund for the invoice price of those items.
A: Yes, we welcome sample orders. For your convenience, sample payments can be securely sent to our official PayPal account: paypal@hushan.com.tw.
A: You can easily download our latest digital catalogs directly from our website, or you can request hardcopy versions by contacting us via email.
Customization & R&D
A: Yes, we offer customization services for labels, color boxes, and other packaging materials for a reasonable additional fee.
A: The MOQ for developing a new customized part is 1,000 pieces. To start the evaluation process, please send us physical samples or detailed product photos. Once approved, the development lead time is approximately 2 to 3 months.
