Automotive-Grade Anti-Corrosion Plating
Standard metal parts suffer severe chemical corrosion when exposed to winter road salts or coastal salt spray, leading to surface pitting, white rust, chrome blistering, and paint peeling. Hu Shan employs an automated multi-layer electroplating process—combining semi-bright nickel, full-bright nickel, and microporous chrome layers—to fully seal zinc die-cast pores. Finished with a UV-resistant clear coat, the coating passes ASTM B117 salt spray standards and -40°C to 85°C thermal cycle tests, preventing oxidation, pitting, and blistering in salted winter or tropical coastal environments.
